One thing that could be helpful is a noise or spoken word during the stretch to know when to switch sides. We were trying it out on our phone and found the volume, music and voice was great but because it was small those audio ques were very helpful. Will try day 2 on the laptop. Thanks for creating this program, it's a great way to get the family moving. ”

    The plan includes 2 phases of 30 days each.

  • How long are the workouts?

    Between 15 to 35 minutes per day depending on the workout.

  • Will I be charged after the one-time payment?

    No. After purchase, you will have lifetime access to this course specifically.

  • How can I watch the videos?

    The videos can be streamed through your internet browser after logging in.

  • Do you have a Canadian store?

    If you live outside the US, you can still purchase the plan. Prices are in USD. A Canadian/International store is currently under construction.

  • Are your workouts safe?

    The routines featured in this program are all lower impact exercises to typical plans. That being said, nothing comes without risk. Please consult your doctor before starting to see if this plan is a right fit for you.
